This tutorial is written in and for PSP Version 7 and assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.
Any resemblence to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

For this tutorial you will need the following

• Paint Shop Pro, get it HERE
• VM Natural Filters, get it HERE
• Toadies Filters, get it HERE
• My zip file, get it HERE
  Save the gradient to your PSP gradient folder and open the tubes in psp
  

Lets Get Crackin!!!

1. Open the teardrop tube, duplicate the window and minimise the original for now
we will be using it again later.

2. Activate the duplicated window of the tear and duplicate the tear layer name them
tear1 and tear 2 (tear 2 at top of layers)
Add a new layer fill with white and place at the bottom of the layer palette
Hide tear 2 and activate tear 1 and go to effects > plugins > toadies > plain mosaic blur with these settings
Cell width & Height = 15
Cell Edges = 45....OK

3. Grab your magic wand and select the black lines (Make sure your tolerance is set to 0)
Selections > modify > expand by 1 pixel flood fill the black with the gold gradient
While still selected, Add a drop shadow to the gold with these settings
Horizontal & Vertical = 3
Opacity = 70
Blur = 5
Color = #202020.....OK
Select none.

4. Unhide tear 2 and resize to 90% all layers unchecked
Position the heart in the center of the mosaic

5. If you are using my girl tube then copy and paste as a new layer on top of tear 2
If you are using your own tube you may have to resize it to fit.
Lower the opacity of the tube layer till you are happy, mine is 50%
Hide your white bg and merge visible layers.
center this in the canvas then unhide your background layer.

6. Add a new layer at the top of your layer palette
Activate your original teardrop and resize to 20% all layer checked
Copy and paste this a few times as a new selection on top of your image
I have added 5 around the edge of mine
Add a drop shadow as before to each small teardrop.
Hide your background and merge visible layers again.

7. Add a new layer and name it text
Add your name using your fave font using the gold gradient as the fill
Duplicate this text layer..add the drop shadow from step 3 to the bottom text
Colours > adjust the brightness of the top text layer to 40%

8. Hide your white bg and teardrop layers.....merge the two text layers
Unhide the BG & teardrop layers and duplicate the teardrop layer twice, name them tear 1, 2, & 3,
Hide tear 2 & 3....activate tear1 and apply the VM Nat sparkle with settings
Max size = 25
Random seed = 125
Leave all other settings on 255....OK
Merge visible and save as tear 1 in psp format

9. Undo merge,
Hide tear 1, activate tear 2 and apply the sparkle as above but changing the random seed to 105
merge visible and save as tear 2 in psp format

10.Undo merge,
Hide tear 2, activate tear 3 and apply sparkle changing the random seed to 85
Merge visible and save as tear 3 in psp format

11. Open AS ....
Using the animation wizard, bring your 3 frames together setting the speed to 20
Crop any excess white and resize if neccesary
Save as a gif
