This tutorial is written in and for PSP Version 7 and assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.
Any resemblence to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

For this tutorial you will need the following

• Paint Shop Pro, get it HERE
• VM Tools, get it HERE
• My zip file, get it HERE
  Save the font to either your windows > fonts or other folder that you normally save them
  Open the lips tube in PSP
  

Lets Get Crackin!!!

Before you start this tutorial, you may want to colorise the lips
I have made a few of these using different coloured lips

1. Open a new canvas 500 X 500 flood fill with white

2. Copy the lips tube and paste as a new layer onto the white canvas.
Duplicate the lips layer, then resize the duplicated layer to 80%
Rename it to lips2 and hide the layer

3. Activate lips layer 1
Effects > Plugins > VM Toolbox > apply the zoom blur with settings
Amount = 34
Adjust = 34.....OK

4.Unhide the lips 2 layer
Add a new layer, name it text
Grab the text tool
Set your foreground colour to a colour from your lips, mine is #AD2F59
Set your background colour to white
Click on your image to bring up the text window..with the following settings
Font = Husky Stash
Size =100 (I used size 72 because I was adding a longer name)
Bold, Floating & Antialias all checked.......OK
While still selected add a drop shadow with these settings
Horizontal & Vertical = 5
Opacity = 70
Blur = 12
Colour = #AD2F59 (same as your foreground colour)
Selections > Select None.

5. Crop your image to remove the excess white area

6. Activate the lips 2 layer
Merge visible and save as lips2 in psp format
Without changing it,Save again as lips 4 in psp format.

7. Undo merge, Activate the lips 2 layer
colours > adjust brightness and contrast > 20 brightness 0 contrast
Merge layers visible and save as lips 1 in psp format

8. Undo Merge and undo brightness & contrast
Apply the brightness to the lips2 again, changing the amount of brightness to (minus) -20
Merge visible layers and save as lips 3 in psp format

9. Open AS and using the animation wizard, bring your 4 frames together
Set the speed to 20
Resize if neccesary and save as a gif file

Voila.....Luscious Lips!!!

Alternatively, you can add three layers of VM sparkle to the lips and blur layers.
