For this tutorial you will need the following
Paint Shop Pro, get it HERE
My Zip file HERE

Lets Begin *S*

Open the tubes of the heart and angel in psp

Minimise the angel and Activate the heart
Image > canvas size > 500 x 500 vertical and horizontal both checked.

If you are using my angel tube then select it now
If you are using your own tube then open and resize it to similar size of the angel

Edit > Copy ( angel or tube )

Edit paste as a new layer on your heart canvas, and position it to where you want, mine is on the left
(dont worry if part of the image is hanging over the edge of the heart...we will remove that in a moment)

On the layer palette, drag this new tube layer down so it is between the glass & white heart layers.
Activate the white heart layer.....grab the magic wand and click on the transparent area
Activate the tube layer and hit delete once on the keyboard...
this will remove any tube that was overlapping the heart.
Selections Select none.
Add a new layer, name it text....make sure this layer is above your tube layer

Set your foreground colour to a colour from your tube, I am using #9D9D9D
Set your background colour to white #FFFFFF
Choose a font for your name I am using Black Chancery size 36 Bold
add your name and place where you want it on the image....keep selected

Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow....settings as follows
Vertical & Horizontal =1
Opacity = 50
Blur = 5
Colour = #202020
Repeat drop shadow
Selections > select none.
NOTE.....If you have used your own image and you would like to colorize
your layers to match your tube...do so now!!!

Layers > Merge > merge visible
Right click the merged layer in the layer palette and duplicate
rename the duplicate layer to TOP

Activate the bottom merged layer then effects > geometric effects > spiky halo with these settings

Then add a drop shadow with the same setting as before.
Activate your top layer and resize to 80% all layers unchecked.
Using the mover tool, position the top heart so you can still see the pearls of the bottom heart.
Add a new layer, name it background, layers > arrange > send to bottom....fill this with white
Layers > merge > merge all (flatten)
Now crop your image so that you get rid of the spiky halo that is at the top edges.
Resize to 80% all layers checked and save as jpg.
Heyyyyy you have a new siggy!!!!
